Online Gambling Trends 2026: What Is Real, What Is Hype
Some 2026 gambling trends are documented in law and in game catalogues. Others, like VR casinos and AI dealers, are mostly marketing. Here is the split.

An independent status page and review of Felistra, the casino at felistragaming.com run by Momentum Gaming Solutions Ltd. Everything below was checked against the operator's own documents and the Anjouan licence register on 4 October 2026. The slider shows well-known slot titles for illustration only: the operator publishes no game list we could read, so we cannot confirm which of them Felistra carries.
felistragaming.com is back. The password prompt that covered the whole site from 12 August 2026 is gone, the casino lobby loads again and the operator's terms can be read. But from both places we could test from - Ukraine and the United States - the site shows "Not available in your location", and its login service answers "service is not available in your region". We could not test from Germany, Finland, France or Turkey. The operator does not say which locations it blocks beyond the countries named in its terms, and we are not going to guess.
Felistra's own terms exclude residents of Australia, Austria, Comoros, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom, the USA and FATF-blacklisted countries. An account opened from one of them can be closed and its winnings withheld.
The Anjouan register lists felistragaming.com under licence ALSI-152312014-FI3, held by Momentum Gaming Solutions Ltd (registration no. 15601, Hamchako, Mutsamudu), status valid, issued 12 December 2023, expiring 11 December 2026 (Vantegris License Index, mirror of the Anjouan register, fetched 27 September 2026). The licence seal in the casino's footer opens a validator page that showed "Operating status: VALID" on 4 October 2026. In August we wrote that a search for "felistra" found nothing; that was wrong for the domain, which is listed. The same licence covers ten other casino domains, and it expires about ten weeks after our check - we will look again for a renewal.
Last checked: 4 October 2026.
In August the promotions area was empty and we wrote that Felistra had no bonus. On 4 October 2026 the operator's promotion terms describe one offer, "Sign Up Spins": 50 free spins on Elvis Frog in Vegas at $0.10 each for accounts registered from 9 January 2026, winnings capped at $100, spins valid for 30 days. The document contradicts itself twice: it says registering is enough but also lists a $20 minimum deposit, and it says winnings go to the cash balance but also mentions x35 wagering. Ask which rule applies before you deposit. There is no deposit match, reload, cashback or VIP offer.
The operator's documents describe no loyalty scheme, no points and no tiers. The only reward-related rule we found works the other way: a player whose bonus ratio exceeds 30% after several deposits can be barred from future bonuses.
The operator's current documents give no standard payout time. They say no withdrawal is processed before full identity verification, that a withdrawal involving capped bonus winnings can be examined for up to five working days, and that compliance reviews - during which limits can be lowered or frozen - aim to finish within 30 calendar days. The "three banking days" we quoted in August came from third-party databases and does not appear in the operator's terms.
The KYC and AML policy on felistragaming.com sets a minimum of $1 and a maximum of $100 per withdrawal, $100 per day, $500 per week and $1,000 per month (or the equivalent). In August third-party databases listed $5,000 a day and $50,000 a month; the operator's own figures are far lower. At these limits a $2,000 balance takes at least two months to withdraw. The operator says it may raise limits after enhanced verification, and may also split payouts into instalments.
The operator publishes no list of payment methods in its documents. Its rules say withdrawals go to the method used for deposits, up to the amount deposited; a player who deposited in cryptocurrency is paid only in cryptocurrency; and payouts go only to the registered account holder. Winnings above the deposited amount may be sent by another verified method if the operator approves.
The operator's terms and responsible-gaming page give the support address as "support@Felistra" - an incomplete address - and the footer's Support link leads back to the homepage. We found no working written channel. Keep screenshots of every withdrawal request and its status.
The operator publishes neither a deposit-method list nor a general minimum deposit in its documents. The only deposit figures are in its rules: identity checks are triggered by a deposit of $10,000 or more, and the sign-up spins offer mentions a $20 minimum deposit. With withdrawals limited to $100 a day, depositing more than you would be content to withdraw slowly makes little sense.
The only free spins we found are the 50 Sign Up Spins on Elvis Frog in Vegas, worth $0.10 each - $5 of play in total - with winnings capped at $100 and a 30-day expiry. Offers are limited to one per person, e-mail address, browser, device and IP address.
Identity verification is required before any withdrawal: photo ID valid for at least 90 more days, proof of address under 90 days old and proof that the payment method is yours. The responsible-gaming page lists deposit limits for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days, loss limits, reality checks, time-outs from 24 hours to 30 days, self-exclusion from six months and account closure. We could not log in to see how these tools work in practice.
The responsible-gaming page says support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We could not reach any support channel: the site is geo-blocked where we tested and the published e-mail address is incomplete. Treat the 24/7 claim as the operator's statement, not as something we confirmed.
The casino is a web application that runs in a mobile browser. The operator's documents mention no app for iOS or Android, so a download offered as a "Felistra app" anywhere other than felistragaming.com is not something the operator publishes.
Felistra is run by Momentum Gaming Solutions Ltd under Anjouan licence ALSI-152312014-FI3, listed as valid until 11 December 2026. An Anjouan licence is a real authorisation, but a light one. According to the validator page it does not extend to France, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom, the USA or Australia, and complaints from players there will not be handled. The licensing page has the full record.
The lobby we could load on 4 October 2026 has slots, crash games, table games, scratch cards, virtual sports and live dealer blackjack, roulette and baccarat, plus a sportsbook tab. Visible titles included several blackjack variants, Plinko Rush and Mad West Chicken. The operator publishes no game count; the figure of about 1,500 games this page used to give came from third-party databases.
The operator publishes no list of game studios in its documents, and the lobby's provider filter did not load from the locations we tested. We have removed the provider logos and the list of about twenty studios this page used to show, because we could not confirm them.
The operator publishes no VIP or loyalty terms, and none of its documents mentions tiers, comp points or personal account managers. Reviews describing a Felistra VIP club are describing something we could not find anywhere in the operator's documents.
Five questions people ask before registering, answered from the operator's own documents and the licence register as checked on 4 October 2026.
